Designed with the independent traveller in mind, Radcliffes Lodge is the perfect base for exploring the Northumberland Coast, whether you enjoy cycling, hiking, water sports, birdwatching, or are after a family escape. We have created a cool base featuring 48 beds over a mix of accommodation and a large comfortable communal area for you to cook, eat, socialise, relax or simply look out and take in the views over Amble marina and Warkworth Castle.
Radcliffes Lodge is a purpose designed boutique hostel built on a stunning waterfront estate in the heart of Amble. The lodge consists of 48 beds in a mix of accommodation available for one or more nights stay. With a keen eye on design and quality all rooms have en-suites, ‘Crable' charging stations, bedding, underfloor heating, and secure lockers. It features a large communal area for dining and relaxing, with a full length balcony overlooking Amble Marina and Warkworth Castle. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with four cooking stations and cookware available, plus fridges and vending machines. The lodge features a secure garage with ‘Steadyrack’ bike racks, as well as a laundry, drying room, and reception area.
Location is paramount making this the perfect base for exploring the Northumberland Coast with the national cycle route NCN 1 The Coast & Castles running directly in front of the lodge, and the harbour town situated on the doorstep with the shops, bars,
