A peaceful, small and friendly family run campsite so close to Hadrian’s Wall. In less than 10 minutes you are right on Hadrian’s Cycleway, the Pennine Cycleway and at one of the most preserved parts of the Hadrians Wall. This is a fantastic base for any cyclist with cycle paths of all types on the doorstep. The views from the campsite are stunning. You can wake up to the birdsong, watch the sunset behind the stunning hills and marvel at the stars at night.

Hadrian’s Wall campsite is a small, friendly site with stunning views from terraced pitches including 7 hardstanding pitches. There is also a bunk barn which sleeps 10. You will receive a warm welcome from the owners who will do what they can to make your stay a special and memorable one. The shower and toilet facilities are always kept spotlessly clean and there is also a laundry room to dry off your kit if the weather hasn’t been kind to you or to wash and dry your clothes. If your bike needs a clean, you can do that also. After the domestic duties are done, the reception has a small shop for essentials and in high season they will offer breakfasts, tea/coffee and cake. Providing high quality, local produce is really important for the owners. Packed lunches are available if ordered in advance. This is the perfect location for your Northumberland cycling holiday or if you just want to include cycling as one of the many things that you can do while based here.
