Our bunkhouse offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 15 people in 3 bedrooms, and is in the centre of Bellingham village, situated on the Sandstone Way & Pennine Cycleway. The bunkhouse has been specifically designed as the perfect base for individuals, couples, groups or families seeking clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful and convenient location to all the attractions and sights.
Converted in 2004 from a traditional Northumbrian stone and slate barn to the highest of standards whilst retaining many of the original features such as the large arch windows.

All of the bedrooms are finished to a high standard with comfort in mind and feature hand-made oak bunk beds with comfortable quality mattresses and complete with all bed linen which includes pillow, pillowcase, sheet and duvet. Towels are not included but can be hired.
The bunkhouse is fully heated by central heating and a wood burning stove. There is free Wi-Fi available for guests use.
Downstairs is a large and airy sitting room with armchairs and sofas as well as a wood burning stove - meaning you don't have to suffer with the cold, no matter what the season making the Bunkhouse a true year-round accommodation option.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as all the essential kitchen utensils you could ever need - Pots, pans, knifes, forks, spoons, cups, glasses - and not forgetting the essential corkscrew! A large traditional farmhouse kitchen table provides the ideal place to enjoy a meal in comfort while planning the day's activities, there's also a iPod docking station so you can listen to your own music while cooking up a storm!
The Bunkhouse has two toilets and two shower rooms with hot showers and underfloor heating as well as a fully equipped drying room, pegged out for coats and clothing and with boot racks to help get your footwear dried out in preparation for the next day's exploring.
Outside there is ample private parking and a secure cycle store as well as picnic tables and a barbecue area, please bring your own barbecue to take advantage of this area.
