We are a free to ride ‘Social Club’ and we take the pace easier than most but always regroup at regular intervals and at our designated cake stop -finding the best cakes is almost as important as the ride itself!.
Established in the summer of 2013, with a first club ride in September the same year, Blaydon Cycle Club was created after finding some clubs are orientated in one aspect of riding (such as time trial).
We are mainly a Road Club but we have the future wishes to develop and accommodate mountain bike rides, especially during the winter months.
